Data saved on your device
QuiltPlay saves quilt drafts, fabric details, app preferences, copies of fabric photos, and inspiration photos attached to pinned quilts in the app’s private space on your device. An inspiration photo is kept for the current Brainstorm session and saved only when you pin one of its quilt directions.
This information is used only to provide the app’s design features. It may be included in your device backups according to your Apple backup settings.
Camera and photo access
Camera access is used only when you choose to photograph fabric or add an inspiration photo. The system photo picker is used when you choose an existing image. You can change these permissions in your device’s Settings app.
Brainstorm
Brainstorm can use words, a chosen inspiration photo, and the fabrics you select to make editable quilt directions. These inputs and results are not sent to QuiltPlay or a user-configured server.
What QuiltPlay does not collect
QuiltPlay does not receive your fabric photos, quilt drafts, identifiers, analytics, or advertising data. It does not sell personal information or include third-party advertising or analytics services.
This website
This website has no account, feedback form, analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Its feedback links simply ask your device to open your mail app. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send the email.
Cloudflare processes ordinary connection information needed to deliver and protect the website. QuiltPlay does not use that information to profile visitors.
If you email QuiltPlay, we receive the address and content you choose to send. We use it only to answer your question, understand feedback, or address a support or security concern. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
Deleting data
Local information remains until you delete the app or its data. Removing QuiltPlay removes its local data from the device. Copies in an Apple-managed backup follow your Apple backup and retention settings. You may ask us to delete an email you sent.
Children
QuiltPlay is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed specifically to children. It does not create accounts or knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
Material changes to this policy will appear here with a new effective date.
